General
- Healthy Aging classes and events: Multiple classes and events related to health and well-being, including Matter of Balance classes
- Age Well Senior Services: Active aging programs that promote healthy habits while having fun
- North Orange Continuing Education – Emeritus Courses: Enroll in Health and Wellness classes to strengthen and maintain your physical and mental capabilities. Note: Low-to-no cost tuition college courses are available for older adults (60+) in California State universities.

Fall Prevention
- Dignity at Home Fall Prevention program: The California Department of Aging contracts with and oversees the local Area Agencies on Aging (AAA) that coordinate a variety of services for older adults, adults with disabilities, informal caregivers, and family caregivers. Call (714) 480-6450 to get in touch with the Orange County AAA.
Fitness classes
- YMCA Active Older Adults classes: Offers aqua exercise, yoga, stretching and toning classes, pickleball, volunteer opportunities, and social events.
- Orange County Sportsplex Senior Programs: Offers Silver Sneakers, Zumba, Chair Yoga, aqua fitness and pickleball for older adults.

- Caregiver resource center: Caregivers can access services, support groups, educational classes and caregiver tools to support their loved ones
